IndiaBulls — Delay in possession | |||||
I have booked a flat in Indiabulls Green, Panvel in Jan 2011, there is absolutely no updates on when the possesion will happen, even after 6 years. They have simply even taken off the customer care numbers from their website and block all attempts to provide information. In the 6 years, I have not been update even once with the progress or a commitment to possession. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you.
