This is the repeated second time wherein my mandate deduction for the loan no. #iperdel01131478 from my account just happened for rs. 59, and within the course i got charged with the late payment fees. The same scenario occurred last month, wherein after all the process i paid the amount via net banking. Moreover, i called the helpline and also requested a callback but no event occurred. My mandate status is still shown as active within my profile then why the deduction doesn't occur for the full amount. It's a serious concern. Also, indiabulls is having no ground staff help, all due reaching point is the third party collection agent, who are at the back of you to make the payment without giving the reason about why the mandate deduction occurred only for 59rs and on top of it they are blackmailing as in with the credit score. Please take this case on priority and resolve the concern at earliest. I had almost raised 100 request for call back and also tried several time to talk to the customer service team who are knowledge deficit. No resolution...!!!
