Indiabulls Dhani — Forcibly provided freedom card & harassing everyday to make payment

Some of the executive called & suggested Dhani freedom card to my husband & said he can use it for domestic purposes & need to pay in EMI's only if he is using the card. Now we have not used a single rupee & dhani executive are asking to pay amount as subscription just because we activated the card . When we got the first we requested for the cancellation of card via mail & now executive there is a proper procedure to cancel without replying to our cancellation mail. Please look into this on priority. And the way executives speak is very local worse language, very cheap behavior.

Even after complaint still every day twice or thrice dhani executive will call & force to pay the subscription for that card from which we have not even utilised a single rupee from that card, it has become a kind of mental torture every day. Even for cancellation they are asking to pay charges, but when we got a call for getting a card they informed we have to pay charges only if we are using the card we have not used à card please help

Kindly take some action we trusted consumer forum and raised but still no use again this dhani executive calls atleast 20 -25 times per day for payment they are least bothered of anyone, all they need is money eventhough we have not utilised their any kind of services

Is consumer forum is helpful for public or not am complaining so many times nothing action is taken instead harrasment and calls have increased 10 times of before now... Every day they will call and force make payment... I haven't used a single rupee why should I pay??? Please intervene and help...
