[Resolved]  Indiabulls Dhani — Moratorium not accepted by india bulls dhani

I've called your Indiabulls Dhani customer service number everyday as soon as RBI announced the moratorium. Their phone lines are dead. None of the numbers are reachable which are available on your website and Dhani Application.

I have sent an email requesting for EMI deferment or so called moratorium from June to Aug based on the new RBI guidelines. I received an automated response, since then I haven't heard anything from your company.

I not sure what is stopping them from accepting my request or why there is a delay. I received an SMS that my EMI is due, "Your Dhani Loan EMI of Rs.1224 is due on 05-06. Keep balance in a/c for EMI Payment. You can also pay EMI on Dhani App using Dhani Cash. http://1kx.in/VAltxt".

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, I feel Indiabulls Dhani is going against RBI guidelines.

Please accept my moratorium request for June to Aug as announced by our government. I will not get my salary for June or onwards and I am already under a financial burden. Other banks and financial institutes have happily accepted moratorium and are helping thier customers. Why is Indiabulls not doing that?

I am officially informing Indiabulls Dhani that I will not be able to pay the EMI for June and onwards since I will not get my salary. I should not be held responsible for any penalties or late charges.

Indiabulls Dhani will be held responsible for damage on my credit history if you won't accept my moratorium request.

Why do I am getting a message/ mail for ecs request then? And there will be charges for my ecs request. I will be charged whenever there is an ecs request. I request you to please look into this, and update my account as per moratorium rules.

Why do my amount is still getting deducted from my account? Even after successfully registered for EMI moratorium, And I got a call that i was charged with bouncing/ penalty charges and ecs charges also. Requesting you to please look into this.

I got a call, and they are saying me that I am only registered for moratorium and it's not going to be accepted because I have paid only one month loan. He is saying me that I have to pay 3 months loan then only your moratorium is accepted and they are charging overdue for this also if not paid. As government is not mentioned anything like this, as its applicable for everyone. its against the rbi rules. If my moratorium is not accepted then I am going to commite suicide against dhani name.

I got a email, saying that I have taken a loan after Feb 29, that the reason I am not eligible for moratorium. Is rbi mentioned that if loan is taken in the month of feb are not eligible for moratorium. Requesting you to please look into this and do the needful.
