[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Dhani one freedom card

Hello Sameer,

Nitin this side I am one of your customer and I have activated auto payment in the application and because of that 5 times in a day they have deducted 200 Rs not 1 time 5 time in a day and my January month salary is on hold and my civil score is affecting and my future loan will not approve I am were disappointed on this kindly look into this as your brand name is at stake if any 1 customer is unhappy and he will do mouth publicity it is really were bad for the image of the rand and I always work for the name of the brand may the brand will not recognize me or recognize my work but I respect it and I can not compramise with that I call the call center and the call was dissconnected the lady who spoke to me dont even bother to call me back my be she was working from home so the electricty gone off but after that i call back so i was there on call from 11:40 seconf anf the call dissconected and i do not recive the call this is what the call cente is give the services to the customer so kindly cheak and look into this it is just a breif of youe backend support services i belice you will look into this and work for better and faster servies I am sending this to you personly look into this and assign a person on this to follow up and solve this issue as soon as possible as my slary is on hold from my ban its more than 8500 and i am in need of money right now i have only 148 rs in my account after complete all my Emi i belive you understand.
