My mobile number is [protected]. I took loan from u in 10th feb 2019.
I ill pay bill monthly basic bt last month i pay my bill 2th may bt u guys add me late fee chargers... This is not my mistake if my payment is update in your system in next day. So kindly refund my late fee chargers. I[censored] dont refund my late fee then i put this issue on social media.. Plz resolve my issue this my first experience... I hope for positive response for your site..

I'm trying to last 15 days to close my loan account but they are not send me option to foreclosure link or any detail.
And the service care are told to me I get the mail but they are not send any detail to close loan.

Called customer care multiple times always busy no response

Sent email also no reply

Unable to rise ticket also in the app

Please reopen loan
