I have closed my pl - iperban0124298 on 30-3-19, however an extra emi of rs.10231/- was deducted on 5-4-19. Against the same i have called to customer care on 5-4-19 and sent a mail request for refund and also provided the bank statement in pdf. Also doing follow-up on a daily basis…. However, as on date, from past 12 days i have not received my refund and noc also.. Please look in to the same and do the needful..
As a customer i am feeling very bad and poor service of your bank.
