[Resolved] IndiaBulls — fooling the customer from last 5 months | |
I want to bring to your attention that from last 4 months i am trying to get the loan amount. I applied for the loan on 1 june 2017 and after lot of struggle, i got the sanction letter on 12th july 2017. It’s been 2 months and i still didn't got the loan amount disburse.in my recent conversation with mr. Praveen (Indiabulls rep), i got to know that my sanction got expired and they have reapplied for the same. I have all the documents required and submitted everything on time (Multiple times) and the project is also approved by indiabulls and still i am struggling to get the amount disburse. I can only imagine the pain of a customer whose project is not approved or has some incomplete documents, he might have to wait for years to get the loan disburse from this esteemed organization. Even after mailing them and registering a complaint no one contacted me or replied to my mail. Even after mailing them again that they are too shameless to reply or give me an explanation, no one contacted me from the team. This shows that they don't value their customers. I have faced a lot of harassment in the last 5 months due to indiabulls. Was this information helpful? | |

I complained on twitter as well and got the same response. Your rep contacted me after 3 days and told they will get back to me after checking the status of my application which never happened. I have never seen worst service than Indiabulls.

My home loan no HHLNOI00164782 running interest rate @10.15 currently had requested several times to get the updated intrest rate however no one listing for same.
