IndiaBulls — frequently increase in rate of interest | |||
I have taken loan in indiabull 6 years back to purchase land but they converted that as housing loan,, when i asked i have been told that nothing difference you need not worry you will be sanctioned required loan amount at 10.25% rate of interest, upto 4 years there was no problem later they increased to 12% now again they increased to 16% when we approach we have been told that since you not constructed house loan has been converted into personal loan, when we replied that we have been not told like this while taking loan also if its a housing loan, loan had to be disbursed in multiple stage why you sanctioned full amount once, then they told us you foreclose the loan by paying full amount, but here we already paid max interest and min principle, we are in dilemma what steps we can take against indiabulls, please could anyone help in this regard Was this information helpful? | |||

Biggest Fraud and Cheater Company. It's not a company, it's a biggest scam. Government have to take some actions against Indiabulls Group.
I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.
Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.
Since last 2 months i only got calls and waste my time. There is no solution.

When taken the loan i was promised of 8.6 percentage now with in one year intrest has been increaaed to 12.05 home loan account number is HHLHYD00416532 indiabulls really cheating customers . It is very bad. In one year intrest rate has been increased 40 percent . Exceptoanlly high . All fake promises made by indiabulls. All fake. Bad service.

Same my home loan when I took I was assured that its only 7.5% and no chance going above 9% till closer. Also whenever RBI reduced repo rate never even single time my EMI is reduced but every year my Rate of interest was increased and last week I got message like tenure increased by 7 month as repo rare changed..when I asked why then customer care told we do not go with RBI changes as we are private ...I mean like who allowing such finance to even run..I took 15year loan 6 year back and today I see I have left with close to 13 year still...means in 6 year I reduced 2 so in next 45 yes I will surely close my 15 year loan if like this emi / tennure kept increased
