IndiaBulls — indiabulls took processing fees and not disbursed loan amount properly

I applied for a balance transfer with indiabulls in borivali, mumbai branch some months ago. A sales person by name mr hansraj ramlakhan helped me. I got the loan account number :hhlbor00363295 and got approved.
Attached is the screen of the sanction letter of the same with amount : rs. 23, 65, 338/-
And my current home loan going on with dhfl, and current outstanding as of current date : 9-oct-2017 is rs. 23, 37, 360/-
I paid around 7, 000/- to the sales person mr. Hansraj ramlakhan for paying some fees which are applicable, i agree to pay the amount as its a process.
And on 5th oct 2017 i got a call from one of indiabulls staff saying he got the cheque and waiting in dhfl bank to close the loan account with dhfl, he said to carry my cheque book too to pay the balance amount to dhfl.
On this i told him that i got a sanction letter of rs. 23, 65, 338/- and my current outstanding is rs. 23, 37, 360/- than why should i pay anything extra to dhfl?
He told me that he got a cheque of amount : rs. 22, 96, 990/-.
I would like to know if the sanction amount is written rs. 23, 65, 338/- than why the cheque is prepared with amount rs. 22, 96, 990/-
I approached indiabulls at borivali, mumbai branch and in contact with a senior person name : mr. Azimuddin khan.
They all are saying me to pay the balance amount and move ahead, i mean why should i pay the balance amount.? And whose mistake is this of printing the cheque with wrong figure.?
I am already not impressed with indiabulls and this happens with me, my rs.7000/- is wasted and time too wasted.
Its just a start and this has happened, we not even started relationship as a customer and indiabulls and some people wasted my money and time, i am afraid to go for balance transfer with indiabulls now.
I spoken to mr. Azimuddin to cancel the balance transfer and return my money, but he is saying this cannot be done, we have to close this account and re applied.
I mean who is responsible for this mistake and who will pay the fess amount again and how much time it will more take to just go for bt.
I am attaching the screen of the sanction letter and the cheque which i got from indiabulls to settle the dhfl home loan.

I am confused and frustated as what to be done. It has been 2 weeks now and no one from there end calling to check as what to be done.
I just called to mr. Azimuddin khan to ask as what is going on in my situation, on this he said you spoke to some one and he got message that i am arranging fund to pay the balance amount to dhfl.
I mean no one called me or no one interacted with me than how could i convey the message and why would i pay the balance amount i have no money to pay.
I just need to cancel the relationship with indiabulls and not go any futher with balance transfer and please return my money back.
Mr. Azimuddin khan said we are closing your account and someone will call and explain you how to close the account, and it has been 1 week and no one called me till now.
I need to know where is my rs. 7000 gone.
Kindly help me to get my rs. 7000 back from this fake indiabulls employees and company.

And in the content they saying the fee they took is for processing fee, but my question is that what kind of processing fees they are taking about, they didnt process the file properly and asking money for the same,

I replied to the email with the below content,

I agree you taking fees for processing but that process was not done properly by your staff and made a wrong cheque.
I would have not asked for refund if I myself asked you to cancel the loan without any reason, but I asked to cancel the loan because the cheque made was of lesser amount with that of which o have to pay to other bank, than why should I take cheque and end up paying more.?
I am still asking you to cut the concern person salary who made this mistake and return my money back.
Imagine Jason you not working properly and just chilling in office so would Indiabulls pay you salary for not doing your job properly?
Same way I paid indiabulls an amount to work for me as process of my documents and if that process was not properly executed than why should I pay, in fact I should get my money back.

I would recommend all people on the blog to not to work with Indiabulls as their staff even dont know how to fill cheque and sitting in finance company.

Please help me to get out of this and get my hard earned money back.

To which i replied,
"
why dont youll people understand that the person has not done his/her job properly by not printing the cheque amount properly.
The cheque amount was less as what i have to pay to DHFL for BT, than how come i can take the cheque?
And i didnt cancel the loan from my wish, its the amount showed me on sanction letter and the cheque disbursed was different so i asked to give me another cheque of the required amount.
But now they asking me to submit new application and pay the processing fee again.?
Not fair.
I would still want my money back. "

I dont know whene this will end and how, need help please.

I dont know what to do, i am afraid by paying 2 emis in a month. I called up to IndiaBulls and on customer Support i got Mr. Shashi SIngh who was not ready to give his Employee id, he said i need to goto ICICI bank and request them to cancal the ECS.
I mean i had already cancel the Loan than why this ECS has happened?
Why my time And money getting waste all the time with IndiaBulls?
Why i should goto ICICI bank and give a request? India Bulls should ask my bank to stop the ecs as soon as we agree to cancel the loan.

Please Help Me somebody as i feel helpless, as customer Support too not helping properly.
