My name is vishal gupta.. I had availed a home loan from indiabulls housing finance ltd., which i have requested for foreclosure. According to my knowledge, the rbi has clear guidelines & policy that no lender can levy foreclosure charges on home loan.. However indiabulls housing finance ltd. Has always been harassing me for one or the other reason.. And now it is levying foreclosure charges @ 2% on the o/s principle. Please do the needful 🙏🙏 Vishal gupta [protected] Home loan no.
