[Resolved] IndiaBulls — loan disbursed, not credited in bank account

S sharmilisen from Hyderabad, Telangana

Loan amount is showing as disbursed and emi to be deducted next month onwards. If i didn't receive my loan amount, then why should i pay emi. I've e-mailed to dhani complant email id. Complaint number generated but nobody is responding. Customer care executive disconnected the call without resolving my issue. I feel cheated by dhani app. My registered mobile number is [protected].
