Respected team,

I regret to inform you that i have been charged rupees 2800/- for some issuance related fee which i was never requested for while applying for loan my from ivl finance limited my loan a/c no. Is # iperpun03933980 & registered mobile no. Is [protected] i was happy to have loan from indiabulls dhani but after i checked the loan amount they have deducted which i never request for also without giving any instruction & any final summary of loan they made this transaction i have no issue of the dedication but it was made illegally without giving any indication that particular amount will be less from loan amount with summary as i have applied for 75, 000/- loan and received 68, 922/- incl insurance charges & i understand the processing fees & all other duties but i never agreed for particular insurance policy amount ever this is in reference to my previous query 0588363 on indiabulls forum. Till date i have not received statement of deduction & loan agreement on my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com & registered mobile is [protected] used while taking loan. My last comment would it is cheat & fraud to the people who is in need and look for instant loan therefore i request to people of india to take care of while applying loan from indiabulls dhani loan platform is there anyone here to note this issue i don't seek any help just to awaring (Caution) to people of india don't get stuck in this fraud kind of situation

Updated by MrShekhar Waghchoure i have not received any single call from your side still providing you my alternate number [protected] another issue is arises when i see the Indiabulls Dhani App of Personal Loan section that they promises rate of interest 11.99% but when the loan completes they charge you almost in double i have been charged 26% rate of interest for my loan which was never been declared or informed before giving the loan or disbursement not even loan agreement & not even final summary of loan that how much the amount is going to be credited at last people beware of Indiabulls Dhani Loan system while you applying loan you get stuck in trap o[censored]nnecessary deduction from loan & kind of fraud or cheat situation. kindly check screenshot check with their website
