[Resolved] IndiaBulls — misbehave and illiterate behaviour | |||
Dear sir/mam, i am using your loan service for last 10 months and unfortunately i miss one emi and but i have paid under my time period, one of your collecter agent pawan solanki from gurgaon udhoy vihar branch misbehaving me during his work i asked for one queries but they failed to provide me and even they are not ready to connect me with your senior to get the proper information, when i asked him to connect to your other member he say i am the boss here and manager as well, after they use harshy anguage and show me illiterate behaviour, so it's a request you take some serious action against him and changed my account collecter agent, i don't want such a illiterate person who does not have sense to talk our customer.
