[Resolved] IndiaBulls — negative customer satisfaction after home loan | |||
Interaction 12241085, last 15 days. My name is chetan marwah and i have an existing home loan and lap with india bulls. I filled the form for pradhan mantri awas yojna scheme and the last date for the same was 2nd of november, 2017 for the status. Somehow i called the customer care and came to know that my application gets rejected because of below reason: No female owner (Single or joint) in the ownership of the flat. It is shocked to get this kind of reason where the original registry is under 2 names: chetan marwah & nandini marwah and same deposited with indiabulls (Original one). At the time of filling the form, i was assured that all the necessary details along with the documents will be attached to make this simple. I want this to get rectified asap.
