my loan a/c Number is IPERCOI01111456 .

iam pay all due in correctly, and also settlement to extra bouncing charges. in JAN 2019.

But still my my loan is not closed. its still active in my cibil.

iam already requested in your team last 3 months no response in your team end.

they will told only for technical ERROR.

can you pls explain last 3 months showing technical error means, . what will do in office in your team.

I think they are LAZY.
