My name is heena arora my loan account number:iperjai08742263. Again and again i am mailing request for moratorium. Also calling but nobody pick the call. And they say you are not eligible for this service. If rbi is giving us facility then why these people are not taking care of the consumers. They are charging high. And placing again and again ecs amount to debit. I need moratorium till 31st august. Don't harass me..
