[Resolved] IndiaBulls — over charged because of company's employee carelessness and misguidance want to close account no response

I haven't been through such terrible service, from last 1 month i am trying to close my loan account but this worst company don't even want me to share the forclosure letter and due amount and this cause 2 emi deduction and interest on my amount.
Even at the time of loan they said it will be 22% but they are charging me 35% roi.
Do the needful else idk.
