[Resolved] IndiaBulls — pre approved loan non disbursement | |||
Hi I applied for dhani personal loan, as i had pre approved offer. I submitted all my required documents. India bulls were about to sent a representative to collect my physical documents. However no one came and now on the app it shows lead closed. I must say customer service for indiabulls is worst of all. They are so unpleasant, they just don’t want to help you, thy try to get over with the call with no resolution. It’s so difficult firstly to get in touch with thier customer service. I still have not got any email or correspondence of what’s happening I wanted to put this formal complaint to the way i was treated. Was this information helpful? | |||
