[Resolved] IndiaBulls — threatening calls

There is a person from your collection department, his no. Is [protected]. He called me and abused me in a very bad manner. He threatened me. I want this case to be escalatedd and i want action against this person as im not feeling safe anymore. I had already made the payment and still they call me for payment details and threatened me. They are 3rd party collection department.

I had taken a PL of Rs. 42000/- from Indiabulls Dhaani. My monthly EMI is Rs. 2373/- which gets deducted through ECS. I was not able to pay my EMI of this month & last month. 2 persons from Indiabulls Mr. Udaya [protected] & Mr. Golak [protected] have been misbehaving with me, my family & my neighbours. They are threatening me. Kindly take action.
