[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — very bad behaviour coz of which i am stopping all loan emi payments and filing a complaint

This is to inform that we have told our bank to stop all ecs payments that are issued to indiabulls housing loan with the reasons stated below.

As we have been realted with indiabulls for the past many years and have always had a clean account with all emi paid on time. Due to unseen circumstances we have missed 1months payment and had assured your collection department that the funds will be credited to your account as soon as our issue is sorted out. But repeatedly your employes have come to our office and home premises and created scenes in which they have been shouting on top of their voices and also alarmed all my neighbours. (Specially using the haryanvi language)

Even today an employee from your organisation entered our office without permssion and started shouting creating a very unpleasant atmosphere for our working enviroment and even threatened us personally that he will teach me a lesson post my work hours.

He even specified in exact words that he has been told to do so from his boss named mr. Dinesh nandal having phone number [protected].

All the commotion that was created by your employee has been witnessed by all my staff and surrounding offices.

A written complaint is being issued by us for the same.

We are taking this threat very personally and seriously and will be dealt in the same manner.

This is not a way to treat your clients who have been associated with you from such a long time keeping in mind we have an amount exceeding 3cr.

We are informimng you that all payments have been stopped from our end till an apology is sent to us and the same employe should be brought to our office apologizing to what he did. He also stated that he is doing this since 13years and his job is to go to people whose payments have defaulted and to threaten them and create a scene in their premises so they have pressure to pay up.
I am sorry to say these are stupid tactics and you have just triggerd your clients mood. Sending goons for payments is always a bad option and you chose the same. Rather you should have sent an eductaed person who knows how to talk and would have resolved the issue ahnd to hand.

No payment will be issued from our end till we get a written apology from your manager and the employee who had come to our office.

Next visit from anyone from your bank will result in trespassing of our premises and will be duly noted to the issuing authority.

Please take this email very seriously and send you manager and employee with a written apology to the given address.

I am disappointed with IndiaBulls Personal Loan dept. I foreclosed my loan after checking with the customer service team. But the team was still asking for bank statement for proof & also I was assured that next EMI wont be deducted but it got deducted. I am seriously frustrated with your service. No proper assistance received.
