[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — why customer will pay extra 3,48,87,174 rs ?

We taken Loan Again property from Sept 2017, Amount Value is 1, 67, 12, 000 on 9.75 ROI.

But after Few Months they start to sending problems.

They increased 11% ROI from August 2018,
again They increased 12.95 % ROI from Dec 2018,

Loan EMI : 177041 * 180 Months (15 Years)
( Interest 1, 51, 55, 324 + Principal 1, 67, 12, 000 = Total : 3, 18, 67, 324 )

Now

Loan Emi : 177041 * 13 Months ( 23, 01, 533 )
178565 * 361 Months ( 6, 44, 61, 965)
Total Payable Amount : 6, 67, 63, 498 /-

15 Years Tenure convert in to 31 Years Tenure without giving any notification. without our permission they, never ask what customer want emi increase or turn year ?

Committed amount was 3, 18, 76, 324 But now asking 6, 67, 63, 498,

Why customer will pay extra 3, 48, 87, 174 rs ? its unofficially. Gov. Have to take action again this kind of bank.

Sales Team said we can help you in FC when ever you want BT. but still asking 5%.

never ask what customer want emi increase or turn year ?

We didnt wished to go for floating but they said ROI will decreases soon.

i asked want to take loan under mine name they said yes but not did,

Not replying with any email ( just sending acknowledgment only )

Now they are forcefully trying to sell insurance, FD, etc.. before BT.

i request to Government please do action again this bank fraud, Save us from this bank, i am in very critical situation. let me know what i need to do ?

This bank cheated many customers.
