IndiaCakes.com — Not delivering the cake in spite of paying extra twice

My order 612151 was suppose to be delivered yesterday but not delivered.

I am asking customer service people in live chat since morning but no response.

Trying to call but no one answers...

My earlier order 609266 was cancelled and your people kept asking me for extra payment for delivery... My original order 609266 was of Rs 450.. Now increased to Rs 1400 against order 612151 which I have paid but still not delivered.

Till now no satisfactory response or delivery... I had confirmed pincode delivery also with your executive Ashish before placing the order who had confirmed it is deliverable. After placing order for 2nd time, they asked extra Rs 250 for delivery.

But still no positive response on delivery or refund
