I have ordered a cake on 9th nov 2016... price of cake was 550/- nd i had paid a late night delivery charge of 250/-
but the cake was delivered next day i.e., 10th nov 2016 in afternoon
so i asked them to refund my late night charges ... nd they are not refunding it
they hav said that we take 24 days days to refund the amount but already 2 months passed
my order no is M#[protected]
my refund ticket was created arount 4 times ...but no refund was done
