Dealing with them was a nightmare. They give no training to their staff and most of them start talking in tamil making it hard to understand financial procedures. A single client is handled by 10 different people every month and it becomes hard to know whats going on and then the new staff has no clue what happened previous month. Then when you question whats going on they disconnect the call so its very difficult to get hold of a manager. The new agent would not do their job and attach a penalty for late submission when they themselves never follow through and ask what is needed. After lot of issues finally cancelled but now waiting for refund which the enterprise level managers give you false lies and say its being processed but never comes. Still waiting while i write this. Try other companies if you want to stay away from stress and confusions and waste of time and energy! Facebook and google review is not open as they know they are #!
