My husband had ordered aa bouquet and cake for indianfloristnetwork.com along with the birthday message. Order number: HIFN-[protected]. However, indianfloristnetwork.com failed to deliver the birthday message. On getting back to the customer care, which turned out to be customer harassment instead of care, Mr. Dutta on the other end was very rude and clearly told that its none of his concern and he doesn't know the vendor didn't deliver the message. Having said that, i asked to deliver the message again, but he said that he can only apologize (he apologized very rudely and told he can't do anything else other than apologizing). I told if he cant send the message then he should refund me 200 RS out of the 1200 Rs package of bouquet flower and message. To which he told in a threatening tone that i can ask the consumer court and file whatever complaint i want but he cannot do anything for the partial service provided in full cost.
