I ordered sweets for my son on diwali. To our surprise barfi were all spoiled and ants and bugs were running around and ladoo box was empty.

I called nobody spoke to me well.
I sent complain in contact us : no reply
I called again and now they asked me for photos and email on particular address.

Very bad experience with online shopping which i never had before.
Friend made fun of him in hostel. Total bad experience.
Customer support pathatic.
