IndiaGames — unnecessarily balance deducted from my idea balance

Yesterday on 21st Fab, 2018 at 3:42 PM a message got on my phone. Which is as follows:-

"Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading NewArrival_GM from INDIAGAMES.
You have been charged Rs. 99
Your balance is Rs. 21.64"

But I haven't downloaded or clicked on any pop up shown on the screen.

Similar 2 days before also i was charged 15 rupees. Here is the message:-

"Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading Animation from Nazara.
You have been charged Rs. 15
Your balance is Rs. 0.64"

In this way two times my 114 rupees balance is deducted.
I want this rupees to be refunded to my idea balance.
