As per Jio customer care this transaction is decaline & yr debit money will be return in your bank with in 7 days so I do another recharge but till today I have not received amount in our bank.

As you had initiated a 3rd party payment, hence, we won't be able to provide an information related to the 3rd party platform where the transaction was initiated.
