[Resolved]  IndiaMart — complaint not solved

I had placed order with a seller named modit arora of telstra ltd. He had contacted me after i replied to the post on indiamart.
I had did a payment of 15, 000 india rupees as that was the price mentioned. He had mentioned that 1st 50% payment and the remaining 50% wen i receive the product. But later he said to get get the tracking details courier company is asking for the full payment to done. So 1st i had one one payment of 7, 500 and later another of 7, 500.
He did not mention any other charge at that moment. He shipped the product and that too it was the wrong product i. E he sent 10 pieces of dji spark drone and 5 apple iphone x whereas my order was for just one piece of dji spark drone.
Later he tells me he is sending 3 pieces.
After that he contacts me saying i have to pay more money as custom charges so that the drone can be released from there. Nothing about this was mentioned at the time of buying.
And the amount he was asking more was 21, 000 indian rupees and then he said 8, 000 indian rupees.

I complained to indiamart about this, but they showed no interest in contacting me back after issuing me a complaint number. I kept calling them but still no positive response. It almost been 15 days now and the keep saying "your complaint will be resolved in 24-48hrs"

I guess 15 days is a lot of time given already. Indiamart keeps joking around by saying your problem will be resolved in 24-48hrs.
