IndiaMart — indiamart deactivation of membership as personal revenge/without any reason | |
Dear sir I am member of indiamart portal since past 4 years. My membership is blocked without any intimation. When i called on their customer care, then once arrogant executive who has lack of knowledge about it gave me unacceptable reason to me. When i brought to her notice about the lack knowledge, she harassed me for termination of membership. I made many calls and sent many messages thereafter but i couldn't get response or activation of my membership. This is nothing but just a personal revenge. There is no higher authority to contact in this company. I am helpless and writing this complaint. Mr. Ravi told me after send mail that i have to submit affitivate on that regarding customer complaints such thing mentioned. Aslo told me that one customer was complaint then account is blocked . Also he agreed that same customer was agreed after 2 days his problem was solved but still my account is blocked. Indiamart sale representative called me many time for paid membership, but we can't afford there fees then i have not give any respond for same. That's why our Account is blocked by them. Now they are asking different different documents & excuses to activate account. It's totally harassment of customers without any proper reason/ Proper verification. Was this information helpful? | |
