[Resolved] IndiaMart — loss of business | |
We have been facing loss of business due to false commitments given to us by the team at india mart. 1) we started selling a new fast selling product though your website and promoted the product link through several channels. 2) we want to sell the product all india and wanted the option of all india visibility with “deals in” option. 3) we were informed by your sales team that it is only possible with mdc listing 4) we were informed that we can have monthly subscription for mdc and have to make payment of 5000 for setup 5) after making initial payment of 5000 we were informed that only annual subscription is possible and if we don’t make annual payment then our account will be blacklisted 6) after starting the process for mdc we were informed by your team that we have to delete the new fast selling product or else they will reject our account Please inform if it is the objective of indiamart to deceive clients and force sell them indiamart services and to make clients loose business.
