IndiaMart — payment done to indiamart registered supplier but material not yet received

I already made payment to said registered supplier of indiamart... But still he is not giving any reply... He taken money... But not giving my material either my money whichever i paid to him... Please give me proper guidance to resovle the matter... I already raised complaint against that supplier to indiamart... But whenever i taking followup call... Indiamart support is giving me same answer...' it will take 24 to 48 hours' or 'their back end team is working on that but supplier is not picking up their phone'
I have given below documents to indiamart also...
Sir i am really fed up... Please help me get out of this problem
