IndiaMart — refund not given even after 28 days, commitment was within 5 days... unprofessional behaviour from indiamart

Mr. Rohit... It is very very disappointing to note that after discussing about the refund issue for more than 15 days with me you are telling me that the refund cannot be made to my account from where the payment was made??? Is this some kind of a joke from indiamart, what kind of pathetic service is this... I had sent all details of my bank account along with cancelled cheque and you yourself had confirmed that the refund will be made to my account. This was the statement made by you which clearly mentioned that refund will be made to my account, how can you go back on your words???

"we have also changed your name from on your indiamart's account from asha mathur to gaurav mathur so that refund can be done.

Once refund is done, you can again change name."

How can you now say that you did not have the details of the bank account from where the payment of rs. 5000 was made, i had sent the attached screen-shot to mr. Rakesh after making the payment on may 17th itself, and he confirmed to me that all the required details were received by him, please check with him on the same and the attached screen-shot was saved by him for my payment details... How can you now say that you do not have the details of the bank from where the transfer was done??? This is pathetic service from indiamart and i want this to be escalated to the highest level to know the reason why the refund cannot be made to the account from where the payment was made??? How can you go back on the commitment you yourself made to me???
