IndiaMart — supplier has not delivered the ordered item

I have ordered 22 Kurties from one of your Supplier "START PRODUCT" on 05-Feb-2018. Supplier has delivered incorrect material through Indiapost Parcel. Contacted Supplier and inform him about the same but supplier is saying I can't help you. Dissatisfied with Supplier response and dealings. Totally dissatisfied with Indiamart supplier behavior. Please help me to recover my money or the ordered material from the supplier. Also help me the forum where I can raise or take legal action on Indiamart or Supplier for the same.
