Indian Air Force — complaint against grocery shop

This complaint is against shiva provision store located in shopping complex of vayu sena vatika, gurugram. Today i transferred rupees 50 in the account of shiva provision store through paytm in front of shop owner. Payment was showing successful and rupees 50 deducted from my account. However shop owner refused that he didn't receive any amount. When i checked his paytm app, i noticed that there is no login. I told him to login and then check transaction but he refused. After that he started misbehaving with me and refused to give my grocery items. This shop should be closed. The shop owner who doesn't know how to behave with his customers. Moreover he is a male doesn't know how to behave with a female.
