Indian Army — asking for advance money

A person had given a ad of a car whose base model also of 11lac. That car is available @ 3.2lac
A person identifying himself as vikas patel
Has shared hi number when i called he told me to submit a token money of 5100 first after that they will send car to my address i will check that car is ok or not after that if i will take that car than i will have to pay remaining money otherwise he will refund the token amount.
He said that he works in cisf in airport and lives near gate no 2.

I have not paid any amount to him coz it seems to me suspicious when i told him that i am coming to give him money he refused.

He provided an account no which is of manjeet singh of paytm bank he is not providing any bank account number.
