Indian Army — Asking for payment from seller itself

I have posted a cycle for sell. He Sandeep Kumar called me and said he will buy this for his brother.
He said brother will come to take cycle and He will pay amount. He shared a scan code and ask me to scan and pay by giving passcode it deducted 1 rupee but 2 rupee credited in my account. Then he shared again a screen for scan the QR code. That time it was of full 3500 amount but because my account has less amount I can't pay. That he said he has deducted with 3500 from his account. And abuse us said he will complaint our and what not. We didn't received any amount. That's us who know that this is a fraud because if amount is deducting then only Paytm ask for passcode. If you are receiving then passcode is not needed. So we are safe as we didn't pay amount to him. But that is a big fraud please stop this.
