Indian Army — cheater for selling bike

I was searching online second hand bike in quicker
I was interested in bike
I msg him in quicker he send me 2 contact number
I call i ask where is bike he said vijayawada
I said i can't come to vijayawada
He said dnt take tension
I will parcel the if like bike keep with you
I said ok
Later he said you have to pay parcel amount i said ok i ask how much 2100 ok
I pay 2100
And he send receipt of transport
Next day morning i got call from parcel man he said you have pay 20000 to deliver parcel
I said iam office after going home i will pay
Afterwords he said alest you have to 50% amount i pay 7000 after' going home i pay 11000
Parcel man call me he said you have to show one time pay i said already pay you that amount will refund when bike will deliver
I pay more 20000
Now they are tell me you have taken more time now
You have to pay 15250
When bike will deliver
Your total amount will refund
