Indian Army — Didn't receive the items or refund of amount

House hold items ac, fridge, washing machine, dining table, sofa set and bed with mattress ad seen in facebook market place posted by a CRPF officer Name : shashi kumar, force no.[protected] card no.343/23BN/2018 rank:INSP/GD . i have transferred total amount of 34700 for the items through phonepe as per his advice on 22/12/2021 and 23/12/2021 as 10200, 14500 and 10000 seperately . as i contacted because of not recieved the items within the time they told me, they further asked me to send 10000 more money .so i enquired about them to send tracking details and all. but they continuously asking the same as told for money.please help me to my money back or the items .. when i asked for money they told it will take 3months to get it as refund.
