Indian Army — fraud activity by a army man

Helo sir, The person name is srikanth and address is ward no.10, s/o Mahendra singh, jariha mohalla hat medan, rajakhera, dholapur, Rajasthan and his CISF I'd no.[protected] & aadhar I'd no.[protected]. Srikanth and i had a deal with mobile exchange on olx, since srikanth sent his I'd proof, i believed him and i paid the money for the mobile but five days passed still he is cheating on by saying courier had sent. You will receive tomorrow like that he is telling for a week. I have paid the amount of 15k through paytm. I have called the courier head quarter about the courier, they are saying like this person (srikanth) didn't booked for courier. Please can u help me sir to reveal this problem. My contact no.
