Indian Army — in the name of indian army jai kishan is cheating

He said that he is in indian army and want to sell his phone urgently, he is serving in mumbai juhu army camp and asked me to transfer the money through paytm. As he was an army officer i trusted him and transfered the money and he said that he will courier it through overnight courier and he sent a bill of courier.
Courier boy called and said need to pay more for insurance and once transferred he said it didnot receive and said to transfer again and now he took 39000 from me and not returning it.
