Indian Army — malfunctioning access gates

Access gates at Palam Metro station malfunction frequently. They have been cause of accidents too. Kindly inspect and repair them. The access doors often close even when passengers have placed the card on the slot. I have experienced this repeatedly and have banged against the door 5 times. The staff doesn't address the issue despite being present on the spot
