Indian Army — misusing the id cards of army personnels

Sir. I had a chat on olx app with a person addressing himself as army personnel. He shared me his addhar card, pan card, and indian army id card. He requested me to pay the amount before delivery. Then a call from courier service stating himself as an army courier servant asked for 6000 as insurance money. The told amount paid by me is 20000. Next day when the parcel was not delivered by them, i lodged a complaint in local police. They are tracking them down. Sir, i just need that the army personnel should not give away their id cards as they can be misused anywhere as in my case. The police personnel is lodging complaints against the army personnel. Please see to the matter. I have evidence and proofs.
