Indian Army — Non payment of pension and all retirements even after 7 month of retirement

Reference letter to coas pj/dmo/01as dated 18 may 2017 and whatsaap msgs to the coas regarding of non payment of pension and all retirements even after 7 month of retirement i have sent all letters to dgqa a) pj/soc/001 dated 25 oct 2016 and 28 oct 2016, b) pj/dmo/001 dated 09 dec 2016 and 12dec 2016
C) pj/dmo/001 dated 09 dec 2016 and 12dec 2016 d) pj/dmo/008 dated 27 dec 2016 and 16 jan 2017 e) pj/dmo/009 dated 27 dec 2016 f) pj/dmo/012 dated 17 jan 2017 g) pj/dmo/013 dated 06 feb 2017 h) pj/dmo/019 dated 01 may 2017 j) pj/dmo/01as dated 18 may 2017 k) pj/dmo/mle dated 31 may 2017 but there is no action and not a single payment has been received.
Please resolve the issue as i am in die financial crisis due to non apyment of pension
