Indian Army Officer — he was a fraud he. told me that he will surely courier the phone

Sir i want to inform you that i am a student studying in ghaziabad i was told to purchase an oppo mobile phone with ₹ 7000.. First of all i was said to send 200₹ in paytm. Then the army officer sent me a pic of courier slip. On the next day he contacted courier company and told them to hold the parcel then i contacted that person than he told me to send 800 ₹ i sent that money also, then again i receives his call he told me to send 1000 rupees than then i have sent 900 ₹ and he promised me that he will unhold the parcel and i will receive it soon but now he is not picking up my call and switched off the mobile.
He gave me paytm no [protected] on which i was said to send money it is named with maqsood ali on paytm.
