-I am Rakesh kumar shrivastav from New Delhi. I am very disturb from the 1st April 2019 due to one army guy, i had deal with mr Sahil Kumar on Facebook (Second hand product ) for Royal Enfield DL 1SS 6707 8years old of rs 38000/- with mr Sahil Kumar which he posted add on Facebook.. I m from Delhi and mr Sahil Kumar posted add with Jaisalmer location which is 791 km away from Delhi... He asked me to give money by paytm. And he take one time 18000 than next day 20000 rupees from paytm but he doesn't deliver bike... I call him to refund my money but he is saying that your money will be refunded tomorrow ..But yet he has not refund my money.. sir please take strict action towards him.
