Indian Army — received an olx fraud ad

Hello, sir i saw an ad on olx and there i found anyone selling iphone 6s 64 gb rose gold colour and claiming that i will replace ur old phone by iphone 6s and took only 1500 rupees extra.The agreement was agreed and finally he ask me to make 500 rupees courier charges as ur parcel will be delivered till evening on the same day .Finally i make a 500 rupees payment and then he send me receipt of indian army post before this he asked me that product will be delivered by Overnite express...after receiving receipt he asked me again for 500 but i refused this time
So plz take a strict action against these fraudulent people
