From olx, i got an seller, he told me that he'll send his scotty at 25000/- and all money should be accepted through paytm. And, told me to send 5000 before delivery which i paid but after that he is demanding more money before delivery. When, i refuses toh send it he told that your delivery is cancelled and your 5000 paid rupees cannot be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
