Indian Army — Regarding forgotten password

I have forgot my password
And when i submit option forgot password and fill my details such as matriculation no. And mobile no., name, this says no record found.if my mobile no. Is wrong then how can i know which mobile no.i can use during my registration.

Is there any procedure for new registration
How can i do new registration
I can try myself to register with new email id but it shows details are already exist
So tell me what can i do for new registration
